Resumo
O autor busca neste artigo discutir as questões relativas ao tratamento psicanalítico dos pacientes da contemporaneidade. Chama a atenção para a importância da escuta destacando a paciência e capacidade de observação que Freud teve para investigar e compreender os fenômenos observados em suas pacientes histéricas.Questiona a necessidade de mudanças no setting a fim de compreender e lidar com os pacientes da assim chamada pós-modernidade.Exemplifica, com o resumo de um caso clínico, as idéias abordadas no artigo.

Abstract
The author try in this text to discuss some questions about the treatment of contemporary patients. Highlight the importance of listening and the capability that Freud had to investigate and understand the fenomena observed in his hysterical patients. Put in question the needs in changing the setting in order to be in touch with the pos modern’s patients.Through small pieces of a clinical material try to example the ideas developed in the text.

The difficult art of not interpreting

Resumo
Este artigo tem por objetivo, através de uma revisita à relação da psicanálise com a
cultura do final do século XIX, compreender de que forma seus percursos acabaram
por tomar direções opostas, de que forma novas formas de sofrimento psíquico se
constituíram, e finalmente apontar para uma revalorização do conceito de
Transferência. O papel central do manejo da transferência nos atendimentos a
determinados pacientes contemporâneos se fundamenta no entendimento de que o
espaço analítico hoje é também chamado a ser um lugar de constituição de
subjetividade. A resposta à indagação de se a psicanálise contemporânea ainda tem
alguma eficácia, ou apresenta alguma coisa à dizer a cultura contemporânea é, a
nosso ver, definitivamente sim.

Abstract
This article aims to, revisiting the relationship of psychoanalysis to the culture of the
end of the nineteenth century, understand in what way their paths ultimately take
opposite directions, how new forms of mental suffering is formed, and finally point
to a revaluation of the concept of transference. The central role of the management of
the transference in the care of certain contemporary patients is based on the
understanding that the analytic space today is also called to be a place of formation
of subjectivity. The answer to the question of whether the contemporary
psychoanalysis still has some efficacy or presents something to say to contemporary
culture is, in our view, definitely yes.

Adicção e perturbações do sono-sonho
Addiction and sleep-dream disorder.

Resumo
O trabalho propõe uma aproximação entre certas perturbações do sono-sonho e o
funcionamento adictivo, a partir da discussão de um fragmento clínico: uma paciente
alcoolista que sofrera de sonambulismo recorrente em sua infância e adolescência. O ciclo
da bebedeira desenvolvido pela paciente na adolescência e vida adulta é compreendido
como uma espécie de “episódio sonambúlico disfarçado” que veio a substituir as crises de
sonambulismo. O sonambulismo é entendido, seguindo Kreisler, como uma falha na
função onírica, e indica uma perturbações nos processos transicionais entre vigília e sono;
assim como no caso das adicções, trata-se de um “colapso do sonhar”. Um “sonho de
terror” relatado pela paciente é analisado em termos de seu baixo potencial simbólico; no
entanto, tal sonho contém também um indício de inquietação e de angústia que formam a
base para a construção de uma demanda de análise. O material clínico trouxe à tona, ainda,
o tema dos “sonhos dirigíveis”, que é utilizado como um modelo para compreender a
“viagem da droga” em contraste com a “viagem do sonho”.

Abstract
The purpose of this work is to discuss a parallel between certain sleep-dream disorders and
the addictive functioning. It’s presented a fragment of a patient analysis who suffers form
alcoholism and presented recurrent somnambulism in its infancy and adolescence. The
cycle of the drunkness developed by the patient in the adolescence and adult life is
understood as a sort of dissembled "somnambulistic episode” that came to substitute the
somnambulist crises. The somnambulism is understood, following Kreisler, as a dream
function fault, and indicates disturbances in the transitional processes between wakefulness
and sleep; as well as in the case of the addictions, one is about a "dreaming breakdown". A
"dream of terror" told by the patient is analysed in terms of its low symbolic potential; in
spite of that, it contains uneasiness and anguish that indicate the bases of an analysis
demand in construction. The clinical material brought up, too, the subject of "dirigible
dreams", that is used as a model to understand the "trip of the drug" in contrast with the
"trip of the dream".

discute um possível direcionamento clínico, apontando para uma prática que se preocupa
com a sustentação do sofrimento, buscando destiná-lo criativamente.

Uma história para Hamlet e uma versão psicanalítica
A story for Hamlet and a psychoanalytical version.

Resumo
O autor estuda as idéias de Dover Wilson e Jones. Realiza uma imaginária psicanálise de
Hamlet. Ampliando a posição do crítico literário Bloom, considera Shakespeare e Freud
inventores do humano. Elabora com os dados apreendidos uma possível biografia de
Hamlet e, seguindo a trama da peça passo a passo, procura interpretar diferentes momentos da extraordinária e atormentadora história. O autor considera alguns pontos básicos: 1- Que era possível a Hamlet, mesmo sem assassinar o tio, tornar-se Rei, pois ele era o herdeiro natural após a morte do pai; 2- Que Cláudio era um usurpador do trono; 3- Que Hamlet foi criado como Príncipe Herdeiro e viveu três trágicos acontecimentos: a morte do pai, as frustrações por este não haver indicado seu nome como sucessor em vida e o casamento precipitado da mãe amada.
O autor considera o Fantasma como uma expressão do mundo interno de Hamlet. O fato de
nem como Fantasma o Velho Hamlet indicá-lo para sucedê-lo significa que é do próprio
Hamlet, de uma imagem interna de pai castrador e cruel, que não vem a indicação. Por
isso, Hamlet tem que, passivamente, deixar Cláudio tomar conta de tudo: Mãe, Poder e
Reino.

Abstract
The author studies the ideas of Dover Wilson and Jones. He does an imaginary
psychoanalysis of Hamlet. Extending the opinion of the literary critic Bloom, the author
considers Shakespeare and Freud Inventors of the Human. He elaborates with the
apprehended data a possible biography of Hamlet and, following the plot of the play step
by step, tries to interpret different moments of the extraordinary and tormenting story. The
author considers some basic points: 1- That it was possible for Hamlet to become king,
even without murdering his uncle, since he was the natural heir after his father’s death; 2 - That Claude was an usurper of the throne; 3 - That Hamlet was raised as Inheriting Prince
and lived three tragic events: his father’s death, the frustrations for not having received
“the voice of the king himself for his succession” and his beloved mother’s precipitated
marriage.
The author considers the Ghost as an expression of Hamlet’s internal world. The fact that
not even as a Ghost the Old Hamlet had given him the voice for his succession means that
it is from Hamlet himself, from an internal image of a castrator and cruel father, that the
voice doesn’t come. That’s why Hamlet, passively, has to let Claude take over everything:

Através dos textos literários: Édipo Rei (Sófocles); Hamlet e Rei Lear (Shakespeare); e em
interlocução com passagens da obra de Freud, este artigo explora aspectos do percurso do
drama humano no período que se situa entre a tragédia grega clássica e a tragédia prémoderna.
Trata-se da evolução da consciência de alteridade e do infatigável trabalho que
tem o herói para se construir humano — percurso que encaminha o advento da psicanálise.

Abstract
This article proposes a dialogue between the literary texts: King Oiedipus (Sophocles);
Hamlet and The King Lear (Shakespeare) and some points of Freud’s work, in order to
explorer the itinerary of the human drama since oldest Greek tragedy, until tragedy
baroque. It concerns the mankind conscience’s evolution and the hero’s indefatigable work
to construct himself as human being — journey that prepares psychoanalysis’ emergence.

O artigo é uma referência aos significantes essenciais dos enigmas humanos: sexo, amor e
morte. A introdução apresenta uma relação entre a tragédia e as descoberta da psicanálise.
O primeiro movimento traz a conceituação de O Estranho e sua relação com os enigmas.
O segundo, articula Dioníso e Don Juan, como exemplos de compulsão. O terceiro,
aborda a ficção na literatura. A conclusão é um retorno a Freud (1908 [1907]),
trazendo os significantes essenciais para uma articulação final.

Abstract
This article is a reference to the essential signifiers of the human enigmas: sex, love and
death. The introduction relates tragedy and the discovery of psychoanalysis. The
first movement brings the concept: ‘ The” Uncanny” and its relation to the enigmas.
The second, is an articulation of Dionysius and Don Juan, as examples of
compulsion. The third, approaches fiction in literature. The conclusion is a return
to Freud (1908 [1907]), bringing the essential signifiers for a final articulation.

Resumo
A escuta psicanalítica traz que o paciente de câncer, vivendo a idéia da própria morte, está confrontado com algo mais grave do que a morte real, o horror da castração. Alguns
reorganizam-se, outros sucumbem ao impossível de dizer. O paciente perplexo, mudo,
mostra um corpo reduzido ao excesso de gozo, sinalizando a castração, introduzindo a
questão pulsional: trazem mais um corpo doente do que uma fala sobre isso. Silêncio,
conceito de pulsão de morte, corpo e morte, qual relação? Em psicanálise, a pulsão coloca
em causa o natural, impondo sua recriação. Potência destrutiva, a pulsão de morte impede
a repetição do mesmo, é “criadora”, liberadora. Eros elimina a diferença, Tanatos impõe a
separação. Emudecido, nega à pulsão de morte uma simbolização para a própria finitude. O sofrimento intenso que cala interrompe a pulsão de morte em seu circuito. A doença como uma oportunidade de reedição da castração e a morte considerada como um “acordar”. O câncer representado como uma doença que traz a morte, a pulsão de morte trabalhando no sujeito para incluir a mortalidade na vida, a relação entre ambos é significativa.

Abstract
The psychoanalysis brings that the cancer patient, living their owns death idea, is dealing
with something worst than the real death, the horror of castration. Some remake
yourselves, others succumb to unspeakable. The patient, perplexed, mute, shows a reduced body to the excess of pleasure, representing the castration, introducing the instinct question: bring more a sick body than a speech about this. Silence, death instinct concept, body and death, what is the relation? In psychoanalysis, the drives play the natural in cause, imposing your recreation. Destructive power, the death’s instinct obstructed the repetition of it, is “creator”, release. Eros removes the difference. Tanatos impose the separation. Mute, deny the death’s instinct symbolizing the own end. The intense suffer stops the death’s instinct in your circuit. The disease as an opportunity to reedit the castration and the death considered as a “wake”. The cancer representing as a disease that brings the death, the death’s instinct working in the patient to include mortality in life, the relation between these is significative.

The three vertexes of caesura

Resumo
Centrándose y definiendo en el concepto bioniano de cesura, el autor lo vincula con sus
ideas respecto a la mediana edad, momento en el que se establecería el organizador
psíquico adulto, específico de esta fase, implicando un trabajo psíquico que decanta de la
tensión permanente entre el principio de realidad y el principio de placer y que derivaría en un cierta tolerancia de la incertidumbre de vivir, concepto equivalente al de capacidad
negativa de Bion.A través de la presentación del material clínico de una paciente,
específicamente un sueño de la misma, el autor ofrece su particular visión de los tres
vértices de la cesura en la mediana edad. Propone el vértice psicopatológico (hic et nunc de la psicopatología), el vértice evolutivo (hic et nunc del trauma por la propia muerte futura), y el vértice transferencial y contratransferencial (hic et nunc del tratamiento
psicoanalítico).

Abstract
Starting from and defining the bionian concept of caesura, the author connects it with his
own ideas about midlife, that especific moment in the life cycle where the adult psychic
organizer is established. This psychic work is the outcome of the unending tension between the reality principle and the pleasurable principle, something that fosters a kind of atolerance of the uncertainty of living, an equivalent concept to the bionian concept of
negative capability.Through the clinical material of a patient, and especifically through one of her dreams, the author offers his personal view of the three vertexes of caesura during midlife. He proposes the psychopathological vertex (hic et nunc of psychopathology), the developmental vertex (hic et nunc of one’s own future death trauma), and the transferential and contratransferential vertex (hic et nunc of the psychoanalytic treatment).

Estou consciente das limitações e possíveis deformações implícitas nesta introdução que tem como objetivo maior estimular o desejo de leitura de seus trabalhos na íntegra. Ogden preconiza “um estilo próprio” de praticar a psicanálise, para cada analista e para cada paciente, independentemente de modismos psicanalíticos. Examina minuciosa e reflexivamente as contribuições de diferentes e importantes psicanalistas desde Freud, contribuindo com vasto material clínico pessoal para exemplificar seu modo de compreender e lidar com pacientes difíceis.

Abstract
This work aims to divulge the thought of this extremely creative psychoanalyst who is
connected to the developments of psychoanalysis. I am conscious of the limitations and
possible distortions of the ideas of the author, inherent to any abstract. It aims ultimately to stimulate the desire to read his articles, in their wholeness.
He underlines the importance of an “individual style” for each psychoanalyst and for each
patient. He also examines in a thoughtful way the contributions of the main psychoanalysts
since Freud and exemplifies his ideas with the description of clinical experiences with
difficult patients.

Resumo
O texto aborda as relações entre a Análise do Discurso francesa e a Psicanálise lacaniana,
estabelecendo, a partir das obras de Michel Pêcheux e Jacques Lacan, bem como de
autores que desenvolvem suas formulações a partir de suas teorias, articulações entre
alguns conceitos utilizados por estas.
Para a discussão proposta, é apresentada uma breve retrospectiva sobre a história da
Análise do Discurso francesa e os alicerces sobre as quais se desenvolve, e apontados
alguns pressupostos estabelecidos nas três épocas da obra de Pêcheux.
Tecendo articulações entre a Análise do Discurso e a Psicanálise, discute-se em especial a
terceira época - AD3, onde a noção de Sujeito aproxima-se à concebida pela teoria de
Lacan, assim como o conceito de Heterogeneidade, estabelecido por Jacqueline Authier-
Revuz, que nos permite traçar paralelos entre as concepções de assujeitamento e
atravessamento pelo Outro, presentes nas duas teorias.

Abstract
This text broaches the relation between French Discourse Analysis and Lacanian
Psychoanalysis, establishing from Michel Pêcheux and Jacques Lacan's work, as well as
other authors who develop their formulation from these theories, articulations between
some concepts used for it.
For this proposal, a brief retrospective is presented about French Discourse Analysis's
history, and its foundations, pointing to some established concepts in three different
periods of Pêcheux's works.
Performing articulations between Discourse Analysis and Psychoanalysis, it's discussed the
third period - DA-3, where the Subjetc concept come closer to Lacan's theory, as well as
the Heterogeneity concept, established by Jacqueline Authier-Revuz, wich will allow us to
trace parallels between subjection and Other's crossover conceptions, included in both
theories.
